Hallo,

ich habe folgenden Code:

Code:

<th colspan="3" class="textRight"><label>Vorname:</label></th>
<td colspan="3" ><input type="text" name="traveller[0].firstname.value" size="8" value=""></td>

<th class="textRight">Nachname:</th>
<td ><input type="text" name="traveller[0].lastname.value" size="8" value=""></td>

Danke!

Hello Aslex,

thank you for your submission here on this forum. Because we want to offer all worldwide users of JStudio SiteWalker a forum were they can get help and tips for their requirements our response is in english language. If there are any problems on understanding, please contact us directly via eMail.

In JStudio SiteWalker all attribute values can ve specified using string patterns by using wildcards. In your example the attribute

Code:
name="traveller[0].firstname.value"

is interpreted as a search pattern. This means that the included brackets are interpreted as search pattern specification in this way:

After string 'travaller' exactly the character '0' must exists - which does not match, because the brackets chars ([]) exists.

Required: 'travaller0'
does not match: 'travaller[0]'

Please refer to program help 'Create automated savigations' -> 'Configure NavigationSteps' -> section 'Attributes for Re-Identification:' /Wildcards:
(in ´German help: 'Automatisierte Prozesse erstellen' -> 'Einrichten eines NavigationSteps' -> section 'Attribute zur Element-Wiedererkennung' /Wildcards)

To use the name attribute just change the search pattern that they can match like these examples:

Code:
name="traveller?0?.firstname.value"

(exactly one char before and after '0')

Code:
name="traveller*0*.firstname.value"

(no, one or many chars before '0' possible)

Hope these suggestion might help you to solve the problems.

Best regards,

SiteWalker admin

Hello Aslex,

sorry for the delay but we are glad that the problem had been solved.
Did you use the workflow as descriped (wildcards) ?

Best regards,
